<br><strong>Role Summary</strong><br />
The Accounting Manager will oversee core accounting operations financial reporting and compliance activities for a multi site manufacturing organization. This role is hands on and highly visible supporting month end close cash management cost accounting and internal controls. The position works closely with finance leadership plant operations and cross functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and scalable financial practices.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />
&bull; Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP<br />
&bull; Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations including cash inventory accruals and lease accounting under ASC 842<br />
&bull; Support treasury activities including cash management bank reconciliations and oversight of inbound and outbound payments<br />
&bull; Partner with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections accurate disbursements and resolution of deductions and short pays<br />
&bull; Analyze manufacturing costs inventory balances and variances to support cost control working capital optimization and operational accountability<br />
&bull; Collaborate with department leaders and operations teams on budgeting forecasting and ongoing variance analysis<br />
&bull; Support banking compliance covenant reporting and coordination with external auditors and tax partners<br />
&bull; Assist with internal controls risk management activities insurance renewals and entity level compliance<br> 

<br><strong>Key Requirements</strong><br />
&bull; Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience including experience in a manufacturing environment<br />
&bull; Strong understanding of cost accounting inventory accounting and working capital management<br />
&bull; Hands on experience with full cycle accounting and month end close<br />
&bull; Solid knowledge of GAAP including ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 lease accounting<br />
&bull; Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise accounting platforms<br />
&bull; Bachelorâs degree in Accounting Finance or a related field required Masterâs degree preferred<br />
&bull; CPA or other relevant professional certification strongly preferred<br />
&bull; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across operations and leadership teams<br />
&bull; Proven ability to thrive in a fast changing growth oriented environment<br>

<br><strong>Role Summary</strong><br>
We are seeking an experienced Sr Accounting and Finance Manager to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation activities for a global business. This is a highly visible role working directly with the Controller and CFO, with responsibilities that span daily accounting oversight, month end close, audit support, and ERP related initiatives.<br>
This role is initially a 90 day engagement with a strong likelihood of extension and potential for conversion into a full time manager position, depending on performance and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will be able to step in immediately, manage complex reporting processes, and operate seamlessly within a large system environment.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>
&bull; Oversee daily accounting operations including AP AR general ledger and bank reconciliations<br>
&bull; Develop and implement accounting policies and maintain internal controls<br>
&bull; Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements under US GAAP<br>
&bull; Lead month end and quarter end close processes including subsidiary eliminations and consolidation activities<br>
&bull; Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax audit preparation<br>
&bull; Manage financial reporting calendars schedules and deliverables<br>
&bull; Review and approve account reconciliations and quality control checks<br>
&bull; Assist in budgeting forecasting and strategic planning activities<br>
&bull; Support and lead ERP related initiatives including upgrades and implementations<br>
&bull; Oversee procurement and vendor contract processes as assigned<br>
&bull; Drive cross functional collaboration with finance accounting and business teams<br>
&bull; Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership<br>
&bull; Organize and lead internal monthly update meetings<br> 

<br><strong>Key Requirements</strong><br>
&bull; Bachelorâs degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA required<br>
&bull; 8 plus years of progressive accounting experience including at least 2 years of supervisory experience<br>
&bull; Strong experience with GAAP consolidations and financial reporting exposure to IFRS a plus<br>
&bull; Must currently sit in an Accounting Manager role with demonstrated leadership responsibilities<br>
&bull; Proven experience working in mid to large scale environments with complex financial systems<br>
&bull; Oracle General Ledger experience required<br>
&bull; Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP and familiarity with macros<br>
&bull; Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines with strong attention to detail<br>
&bull; Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills<br>
&bull; Ability to produce high quality reporting and handle ad hoc and complex deliverables<br>
&bull; Strong business acumen with ability to interpret financial statements and apply technical guidance<br>
&bull; U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only<br>
&bull; Must work onsite four days per week<br>
&bull; Ability to travel 5 to 10 percent as needed<br>

&bull; Onsite four days per week in Dallas area office<br>

<br>The Sr. Manager, Technical Accounting will serve as the primary technical accounting expert for the organization, responsible for leading complex US GAAP research, drafting accounting policies, and supporting financial reporting. This highly visible role collaborates across Sales, Legal, FP&A, R&D, and the CFO organization to ensure sound accounting treatment for SaaS contracts, software development, M&A activities, and other strategic initiatives.<br>

&#9;<li>Lead technical accounting research across US GAAP topics including ASC 606, software capitalization, leases, consolidations, impairments, derivatives, restructurings, and M&A</li>
&#9;<li>Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ASC 606âreview contracts, assess revenue recognition, prepare memos, and guide policy enforcement</li>
&#9;<li>Review customer, vendor, and other contracts to determine proper accounting treatment and document conclusions</li>
&#9;<li>Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to support accurate, consistent financial reporting</li>
