We’re looking for an experienced Title Officer to join our team and support operations in Flagstaff, AZ. If you have a background in title work—especially with sectional communities or lot & block transactions—and enjoy working independently with a high level of accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
Review and process title orders, commitments, and policies and resolve title issues or discrepancies.
Perform title searches and resolve issues like liens or encumbrances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Prepare title commitments and insurance policies.
Communicate with escrow officers, clients, agents, and lenders.
Maintain accurate records and stay up to date on industry regulations.
Collaborate with team members to support a high volume of transactions and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in title examination or related role in the Title industry
Prior experience in a Title company is required.
Residential or commercial title experience required.
Familiarity with Coconino County, Arizona is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and document analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software (SoftPro, ResWare, etc.).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow procedures
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software systems
GED or High School diploma required
Ideals (not required):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with Arizona-specific real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
