Position Summary
This role focuses on leading discovery, designing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful product demonstrations that help clients understand and adopt portfolio and Agile management platforms. The position serves as a key technical and functional advisor during the pre-sales cycle, guiding clients toward scalable solutions using Broadcom Clarity PPM, Rally, and related tools.
In this role, you will translate complex business challenges into compelling solution designs, support sales strategy, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from evaluation to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional and technical discovery sessions to understand client portfolio management practices, Agile maturity, and business challenges
• Design, configure, and maintain tailored demo environments aligned to specific client use cases
• Deliver customized product demonstrations for Broadcom Clarity PPM, Rally, and related tools such as Smartsheet and Planview solutions
• Record, organize, and manage demo assets for reuse and continuous improvement
• Provide technical and functional input for solution scoping, effort estimation, and alignment
• Translate discovery outcomes into business requirements, solution designs, and recommendations
• Develop and contribute to Statements of Work and supporting documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor during early client evaluations, offering thought leadership in PPM and Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Lean, and Scrum
• Partner with clients to align proposed solutions with strategic goals and operating models
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing teams across the customer lifecycle
• Support internal enablement through knowledge sharing, best practices, and solution training
• Maintain demo environments, access management, and awareness of new product capabilities
• Obtain and maintain relevant pre-sales and product certifications
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience with PPM and or Agile management solutions
• Hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM and familiarity with Rally Agile Central
• Strong understanding of PPM processes and Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean
• Proven experience delivering software demonstrations and client presentations
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solution designs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Smartsheet, Planview, Clarizen, or similar PPM platforms
• Prior experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or advisory role
• Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and complex client environments
• Relevant product certifications from Broadcom, Planview, or related vendors
