The ideal candidate is a hands-on security engineer who enjoys building, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting security solutions rather than operating solely at the architecture or advisory level.
What You'll Do
Lead security engineering initiatives focused on Netskope and related security technologies
Design, deploy, and optimize Netskope Private Access (NPA) solutions
Build and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across cloud and SaaS environments
Support implementation of Zero Trust security strategies and technologies
Secure AI-enabled applications, services, and emerging agent-based workflows
Integrate security controls across identity, cloud, endpoint, and application platforms
Partner with engineering and security teams to assess and secure new technologies
Develop scalable security solutions supporting business growth and innovation
Troubleshoot complex security issues, incidents, and platform integrations
Contribute to long-term security architecture and roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with Netskope
Experience implementing and supporting:
Netskope Private Access (NPA)
CASB
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Zero Trust architectures
Experience securing cloud environments
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
Experience supporting enterprise security deployments and integrations
Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI security initiatives or AI-enabled platforms
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and AI integrations
Experience securing machine-to-machine communications and autonomous workflows
Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, and AI-focused data protection strategies
Experience working with modern identity platforms and security ecosystems
