Role Overview As a Senior PeopleSoft Developer, you’ll be a key technical contributor in the delivery, stability, and enhancement of the organization’s PeopleSoft ecosystem. This includes:
Campus Solutions (CS)
Human Capital Management (HCM)
Financial Management System (FMS)
You will build new capabilities, optimize performance, support large-scale upgrades, and design integrations that connect the ERP to a wide range of enterprise systems. What You'll Work On
Develop and enhance complex customizations, bolt-ons, and integrations
Build REST/SOAP web services using PeopleSoft Integration Broker
Implement patches, tools upgrades, and major maintenance cycles
Debug high-impact production issues across CS/HCM/FMS environments
Design and maintain App Engine programs, Application Packages, CI, and PeopleCode logic
Work with vendors (including Oracle services) to support external integrations
Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical leadership for mid-level and junior developers
You’ll operate in a structured ERP environment with formal change control, strong QA expectations, and high availability requirements. Required Background
Bachelor’s degree in a computing or technical discipline and 4+ years of relevant technical experience OR
A degree in any field with a related certificate/minor or IT certification and 4+ years of relevant technical experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience

Troubleshooting and supporting large PeopleSoft HCM, FMS, or Campus Solutions environments
Working with vendor systems such as payroll, learning systems, or enterprise reporting platforms
General Technical Skills
Understanding of relational data models (Oracle preferred)
Experience with version control and structured release processes
Comfort with debugging, trace analysis, and system performance tuning
