Senior Analytics Engineer (Contract-to-Hire) Overview

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping scalable analytics solutions that power strategic decision-making across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence and analytics solutions
Build scalable data models and semantic layers using modern cloud data platforms
Develop insightful dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI and emerging Fabric capabilities
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Provide informal technical leadership by mentoring team members and guiding best practices
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure optimized data pipelines and performance
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions
Must-Have Experience
Hands-on experience with Snowflake in a production environment
Strong expertise in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
Proven experience providing technical guidance or informal leadership within a team
Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and BI architecture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics)
5–7 years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Contract Structure & Work Model
Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
Upon conversion, five days on-site expected at a corporate office location
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern time zone
