Role Summary
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and stability of CRM solutions that enable key business operations. The Mid to Senior QA Tester will validate functionality, integrations, and data accuracy across a complex system landscape. Your work will directly support product enhancements, data initiatives, and the delivery of a seamless user experience.
In this role, you will design and execute robust test strategies, optimize test case management, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners in an Agile environment. You will proactively identify defects, risks, and opportunities to strengthen the quality of CRM applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test strategies and test plans for CRM enhancements, workflows, integrations, and data processes
Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure full coverage across functional, regression, integration, and data validation testing
Execute manual test cases to validate CRM functionality, business rules, and system interactions
Perform end to end testing across CRM, integrated applications, and third party systems
Validate data accuracy, data migrations, and data transformations
Log and manage defects through resolution with clear documentation and analysis
Create, maintain, and optimize test cases and test cycles within JIRA and Zephyr
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA peers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Key Requirements
5 or more years of Quality Assurance testing experience with strong focus on CRM platforms
Hands on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise CRM systems
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, configurations, integrations, and data models
Proficiency with JIRA and Zephyr for test case management and defect tracking
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross functional teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings clearly
Detail oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality
Preferred Skills
Experience using Postman for API testing
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
Exposure to integration testing involving REST APIs, middleware, or data pipelines
Experience validating data with SQL or similar tools
Background working in large enterprise or highly integrated systems
