Role Summary We are seeking a UX Designer to support retail in store systems that serve multiple user groups, including customers, associates, and store leaders. This role plays a critical part in shaping intuitive, real world digital experiences across both B2C and B2B touchpoints. You’ll design solutions that balance usability, operational constraints, and business priorities in a fast moving, highly integrated environment.
In this role, you’ll work end to end—from defining flows and wireframes to delivering high fidelity, production ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate complex systems and messy constraints into clear, usable experiences that scale across devices and personas. Key Responsibilities
Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions solve real customer and associate problems.
Design end to end experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs.
Translate complex system requirements and constraints into simple, intuitive design solutions.
Partner with product managers to prioritize features and solve challenges with meaningful business and user impact.
Collaborate cross functionally with engineering and research teams to deliver production ready designs.
Contribute to and apply consistent interaction and visual design patterns across platforms and devices.
Plan and participate in usability testing, incorporating insights into iterative design improvements.
Clearly present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of professional UX or product design experience, preferably on complex or enterprise scale products.
Proven experience designing for both B2C and B2B experiences across multiple devices or systems.
Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and design to development handoff best practices.
Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments.
Ability to navigate complex systems, dependencies, and constraints with a systems minded approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into simple, shared understanding.
