Role Summary
The Manager of Treasury and Capital Markets plays a critical role supporting large scale greenfield real estate expansion through capital sourcing, transaction structuring, and treasury execution. This position owns key treasury processes while partnering closely with development, finance, legal, and external investors to ensure efficient capital deployment.
In this role, you will lead transaction execution for real estate financing structures, manage capital draw processes, forecast cash and CAPEX needs, and act as a primary interface with investor partners. This is a highly visible role within a fast paced environment that values ownership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead capital sourcing activities to support greenfield real estate expansion projects
• Structure and execute real estate transactions including sale leaseback, build to suit, and reverse build to suit arrangements
• Own cash forecasting and CAPEX forecasting processes within treasury
• Manage transaction execution including capital draws, lien waivers, and construction payment workflows
• Partner closely with development, finance, and legal teams throughout project lifecycles
• Serve as a client facing liaison with investor REIT partners and construction managers
• Oversee reporting related to capital deployment, funding activity, and investment performance
• Manage and develop one direct report while acting as a thought leader for treasury processes
Key Requirements
• Three to five years of experience in treasury, capital markets, real estate finance, or development finance
• Demonstrated experience sourcing capital and structuring greenfield real estate transactions
• Hands on experience with sale leaseback, build to suit, or reverse build to suit structures
• Strong understanding of construction draw processes including payments, lien releases, and funding controls
• Experience partnering with institutional investors or REIT partners in a client facing capacity
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions
• Confident communicator and proactive owner who thrives in a high growth, in person environment
