Operational Finance Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA – Local Candidates Only
Pay Rate: $120,000 – $130,000 + Bonus

Role Summary
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner across multiple corporate functions. This role will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and operational planning while supporting executive leaders with actionable insights that influence business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with executive and business leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, and monthly reviews
• Own departmental budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for G&A expenses
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and operational planning
• Analyze headcount, payroll, and operating expenses to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior leadership
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI metrics to support decision making
• Support quarterly board reporting and executive presentations
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and deep dive investigations into business performance drivers
Key Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, Finance, or Business Analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and complex formulas
• Strong SQL experience for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Experience with OneStream, Essbase, Hyperion, or similar financial planning systems
• Experience with headcount planning, payroll analysis, and G&A expense management
• Proven ability to present financial results to executive leadership
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building reports and dashboards within Power BI
• Background in private equity backed organizations or fast paced corporate environments
• Prior Big 4 experience is a plus
