Credit Risk Administrator 
Location: Remote role with preference for Eastern or Central time zones
Pay Rate: $26 to $27 per hour 
Type: Contract with potential for permanent conversion

Role Summary
The Credit Risk Administrator supports the credit function by ensuring accurate customer setup, master data maintenance, and adherence to established service level agreements. This role plays a key part in supporting cash flow and working capital objectives through timely and accurate credit administration. The position works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and third party partners in a highly detail oriented and process driven environment.

In this role, you will focus on customer data accuracy, credit model inputs, and ongoing account maintenance while supporting both internal credit decisions and external collections activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day to day administrative support for the credit department
• Set up new customer accounts ensuring required documentation, approvals, and system fields are complete and accurate
• Maintain and update customer master data including credit limits, payment terms, billing details, and account status
• Input customer data to trigger internal credit model decisioning
• Process new customer setups and existing customer updates within established service level agreements
• Track and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely turnaround and SLA compliance
• Support adjustments to existing customer credit limits using internal credit evaluation models
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve credit and customer account discrepancies
• Support third party collections agencies by maintaining accurate placement data and responding to documentation requests
• Track and maintain records related to accounts placed with external collections partners
• Assist with reporting related to customer setups, credit updates, and SLA performance

Key Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in credit administration, accounts receivable, or customer master data management
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Experience working within ERP systems and customer master data modules
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while meeting defined service level agreements
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Preferred Experience
• Experience within construction, building materials, or distribution related industries
• Familiarity with collections processes including lien and bond claims
• Experience working with credit models or external credit data tools
• Exposure to systems such as Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms
