Role Summary The Corporate Projects Associate will play a key role in coordinating company-wide initiatives, supporting process improvements, and ensuring successful execution of strategic projects. This role helps bridge communication across departments and drives consistency in how initiatives are planned, tracked, and implemented.
You will work closely with the Director of Corporate Projects, leading or co-leading efforts that enhance efficiency and operational alignment while helping teams adopt new processes and tools. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure clarity, alignment, and consistent execution
Use Excel, SharePoint, and internal tools to manage project documentation and maintain initiative visibility
Assist in developing rollout plans, training materials, and internal communications
Document decisions, action items, and milestones for project reference and continuity
Administer and maintain back-end systems that support enterprise programs and initiatives
Support sequencing of initiatives based on company priorities and resource needs
Monitor initiative timelines, track progress, and identify issues requiring escalation
Evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with department leaders to define goals, timelines, and measures of success
Lead or co-lead internal initiatives from initial planning through execution and post-launch evaluation
Provide general project support and assist with assignments as needed
Key Requirements
Three to five years of administrative or operational support experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel with index match, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of SharePoint for documentation and workflow management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain momentum
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while remaining focused and organized
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Experience within the hospitality or extended-stay industry
Associate degree preferred
Ability to pivot quickly and support multiple stakeholders at once
