Title: Billing Specialist Reports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Setting: 100% On Site Location: Goodyear, AZ 85338 Hours: Tues – Thurs, 8 AM – 5PM Start Date: April 20 Pay Rate: $26–$28/hour
We’re hiring an Invoicing/Billing Specialist to manage high?volume procurement and invoice processing, with a strong focus on IT purchases. This role oversees end?to?end purchasing activities and plays a key role during fiscal year?end.
What You’ll Do
Manage end?to?end invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and budget alignment
Oversee IT purchasing activities (approx. 90% of the role)
Track and manage purchase orders for software and hardware
Process high volumes of annual renewals, especially around fiscal year?end
Review and intake purchase requests via IT tickets, including bulk purchases
Open POs and partner with up to eight department managers on procurement needs
Manage monthly telecom billing, supporting multiple teams with budget tracking
