Revenue Cycle Representative
Seeking a detail-oriented professional for a high-volume healthcare contact center focused on insurance, claims, and account resolution.
Verify insurance eligibility and resolve denied claims
Review EOBs, billing errors, and account discrepancies
Handle approximately 50–60 calls daily
Contact center experience strongly preferred
Billing, collections, revenue cycle, or banking experience valued
Strong attendance, problem-solving, and accuracy required
